Heather Manship, Office Manager


Heather was born and raised in Iowa and moved to Arizona in 1993. She graduated from Arizona State University in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. After graduating, she moved to Minnesota to be closer to family. Heather has been with CHCW since 2006. You may see her covering the front desk or helping on the floor. Heather enjoys helping people and influencing their lives. She lives in White Bear Lake with her husband, Matt, daughters, Presley and Avery, and black lab, Mud. She enjoys fishing, being outdoors, scrapbooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Sarah B

Massage Therapist

Sarah graduated from Globe University in 2007 with a diploma in massage therapy. Sarah's services include Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point, sports massage, and prenatal massage. Sarah loves to focus on making people feel better, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally, all by the touch of her hands through massage. Sarah is a born and raised Minnesotan. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching the Twins, and reading a good book.

Sarah H.

Marketing Representative/Receptionist

Sarah is a self-proclaimed “army brat”, born in Alaska and moving frequently throughout her childhood with her family. She studied fashion design at AIV in London and Physical Therapy here in Minnesota. Sarah plays a dual role at CHCW. She splits her time between Marketing and Reception – and she does both with dedication and skill. Getting to know patients and watching them start and grow their families is a part of the job Sarah loves. She also enjoys travel, shopping and family time.



Born in South Dakota, Denise has her CNA Certification and joined our team in 2015. She really enjoys seeing the happy faces of expecting moms and dads and loves meeting the new babies that come to visit. “Having a passionate group of co-workers adds up to a very rewarding job,” she says. Denise likes attending concerts, gardening, cooking, boating - and spending time with her kids and grandkids.


Receptionist/Billing Specialist

Tami has been with CHCW since 2012 and is passionate about using life’s experiences to serve and encourage others. As a Billing Specialist, she finds it very rewarding to work on denied claims and see them get paid. “I go the extra mile to help patients get as many benefits from their insurance policies as possible,” she says. When she’s not at work, Tami loves patio dinner dates with her husband, decorating, re-decorating and supporting her teenage daughters.


Medical Assistant

Bonnie was born and raised in Minnesota. and graduated from Century College in 1995 as a medical assistant. She started her career in family practice, and then moved to OB/GYN when she joined the CHCW team in 2002. She has been a valued member of our staff since we opened our doors! Bonnie is a parent of three children and two dogs. She enjoys being a Nana to her grandson, spending time with family, reading, doing home improvement projects, and going on motorcycle rides.


Medical Assistant

Tina graduated from Minneapolis Business College and has been with CHCW since February 2016. When her patients are nervous in the lab, Tina puts them at ease and often hears “I didn’t feel a thing!” She loves the process of seeing patients at their initial pregnancy visit all the way through to the post partum visits. “It’s an amazing experience to go through with our patients,” she says. Tina enjoys spending time with her dogs and her family, she loves to cook and then of course – eating what she cooks!


Medical Assistant

Mai Ue was born in Thailand and has been in Minnesota since she was 3 years old. She graduated from Minneapolis Business College in 2011 with an associate’s degree as a medical assistant and starting working here shortly afterward. She finds it very rewarding to help patient’s feel better and is truly passionate about caring for others. Infertility success stories are a favorite part of her job and in her free time, Mai Ue likes to be outdoors, camping, hiking, swimming and hanging out with family and friends.

Monica grew up in Minnesota and was a 2005 graduate of The Bryman Institute. Since 2010 she has been helping our patients and ensuring they are comfortable. She enjoys taking care of women through their pregnancies and beyond. When she’s not working, Monica enjoys yoga, baking and being a mom.

Maureen, RN, BSN, PHN

Nurse, Phone Triage

Maureen graduated from the College of St. Catherine in 1999 with an AS in Nursing and in 2006 with a BS in Nursing and has worked in labor and delivery or women's health her entire career. Since 2012, Maureen has been working toward certification with the International Board of Certified Lactation Counselors. She is a breastfeeding specialist now and will take the certification exam in Oct 2016. “I love being able to help moms and babies with any breastfeeding issues. It’s very rewarding,” she says. Maureen enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, her daughter Meagan, and two dogs - Greta and Bella.



Gina has been a valuable part of our team since 2014. She received her BSN from Edinboro University in Pennsylvania where she was born and raised. Gina is passionate about women’s health and working with expectant parents — especially couples experiencing pregnancy challenges. In her free time, Gina likes to spend time with her family, cooking, crafting and gardening.



Lacey was born and raised in the small town of Cadott, WI. She attended Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire, WI where she graduated with her associate’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. She joined our team in 2011 and truly enjoys working in a small private practice that allows her to develop relationships with her patients and follow them year after year. She loves spending time with her husband Brad and their 2 children Brayden and Brynlee, usually at wrestling or gymnastic practice or tournaments.



Rachel has been with CHCW since 2012 and has her Associates Degree in Diagnostic Sonography. “Showing parent’s their baby inside the womb and being able to see their excitement is the most rewarding part of my job,” says Rachel. “It’s such an important moment for them.” A true outdoors woman, Rachel spends her free time hunting and fishing with her husband. She also enjoys trying new restaurants, reading and spending time with family.
